At Mermaid Medallions, our team searches for the most unique products from suppliers all over the world. In order to ship the products we love, we work directly with the suppliers to deliver them to your door. Sometimes items may take up to 40 days to arrive since they come from abroad. Remember, you may use the Track My Order
link at the bottom of the page to see when your order is expected to arrive.
If you do not receive all the items from your order within 60 days, please Contact Us
and we'll be happy to investigate.
If your order contains more than one item, please remember that since we use a wide range of suppliers, you’ll likely receive items from your order in distinct packages within a few days of one another.
Sorry, we do not provide refunds if you simply ordered the wrong item or color. We are happy to provide refunds for any defective products or orders that don't arrive. Please Contact Us
if you'd like to request a refund. Our support team requires about 48-72 hours response time, but not to worry, we’ll get back to you.
All sales are final. We don't provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them :)
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer size or color exchanges for our products. We hope to be able to do this in the future!
We are not responsible for local customs issues. All issues or problems associated with customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and Mermaid Medallions is not liable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a local customs agency.
